COURSE DESCRIPTION: Ready to create a canine ninja? We’ll start with the science, then put it into action, progressing exercises from challenging to “Wow, my dog can do that!” Learn how to build stronger muscles, fascia, tendons, and ligaments to improve performance while helping protect these amazing athletes from injury.
Learning Objectives:
- Explain how progressive exercise can strengthen muscles, fascia, tendons, and ligaments to improve performance and reduce injury risk.
- Design appropriate exercise progressions that safely advance a strong, well-conditioned dog from foundational exercises to higher-level challenges.
- Demonstrate advanced exercises and progressions that improve strength, stability, coordination, and body awareness in canine athletes.
