​​​There is no general conference fee. Simply register for the lab(s) that best match your interests, experience level, and schedule.

All professional labs are RACE approved and intentionally limited in size to maximize hands-on learning and individualized instruction. Please note that labs are for adults 18 years and older.

Wet labs are immersive, hands-on experiences created for dedicated practitioners, trainers, and riders. Participants receive preparatory written materials in advance, allowing for a more focused and productive in-person session. Each lab incorporates live horse work, giving attendees the opportunity to develop skills in real time and immediately translate techniques into practice.

PROFESSIONAL LAB RATING SCALE

• Basic: These introductory labs are for participants seeking to build foundational knowledge of the topic. The material provides a comprehensive introduction, covering essential concepts and skills through guided, hands-on practice. 

• Intermediate: These labs are designed for participants who have a functional understanding of the skills and are ready to expand their knowledge. The course will move beyond basic concepts to focus on more advanced techniques, specific applications, and practical problem-solving. This is ideal for those looking to apply their existing knowledge in a more in-depth, hands-on environment.

• ​Advanced: Intended for experienced participants, these labs focus on sophisticated techniques, complex problem-solving, and professional application of skills. The curriculum assumes a high level of prior knowledge, allowing for a deeper exploration of nuanced concepts and best practices. Expect a fast-paced, highly interactive experience.

 

 Wet lab choices are on a first-come, first-served basis and honored once final payment is received.​

REFUNDS

To request a refund, please complete and postmark the Lab Cancellation Form by September 27, 2026. Refunds are issued as below excluding $25 processing fee.

1. Prior to June 1, 2026 (75% refund).

2. From June 1 to August 15, 2026 (50% refund). 

3. From August 16 to September 27, 2026 (25% refund). 

4. No refunds will be issued after September 27, 2026.

• Registration and Continental Breakfast: 7:30am - 8:30am

• Morning Wet Labs (AM) Sessions: 8:30am - 12:45pm (15 min break)

• Lunch Break: 12:45pm - 2:00pm

• Afternoon Wet Labs (PM) Sessions: 2:00pm - 6:15pm (15 min break)
