Medial shoulder hypermobility (a.k.a. medial shoulder compartment syndrome or medial shoulder instability) is a pervasive shoulder condition that continues to be under diagnosed and subsequently inadequately managed. Through lecture and lab, this class presents the research into shoulder hypermobility, and establishes your treatment plan that includes manual therapies, modalities, and therapeutic exercise to address the issues seen in these cases.
